Q: How do I place an order?

A: Once you have chosen your vehicle, please send an inquiry to us, so that we will contact Goo dealers to see the availability of the vehicle. If the vehicle is available, we will send you proforma invoice.

Q: Can I order by fax or phone?

A: Yes, we accept your order by fax and phone. You can also order by email and Skype.

Q: How do I secure a vehicle?

A: As soon as you have transferred your payment, please fax or email us a copy of your invoice and the bank receipt, and we will secure the vehicle for you.

Q: Can I order spare parts?

A: Yes, we have spare parts, too. We have everything you need in our stock.

Q: What is「Domestic Only」?

A: 「Domestic Only」 means that it is not available for export due to dealer's restrictions.

About Payment

Q: When should I pay?

A: Our stock will be sold upon “first come, first serve” basis. Upon your full payment, we will secure the vehicle.

Q: What is the payment method?

A: Telegraphic Transfer (T.T. or Bank Remittance) - This is the quickest and safest way of your payment. It normally takes 2 to 5 business days to receive and process the payment.

Q: Do you accept payment by credit card or check?

A: Sorry, we do not accept payment other than telegraphic transfer at this time, but hopefully in the near future.

About Shipment

Q: How long does shipment take?

A: Delivery of your vehicle to your nearest port will depend on the timing of your payment and the shipping company’s schedule. Please ask us for the approximate delivery times for each region.

Q: When can I pick up my vehicle at the port?

A: Please contact your clearing agent and confirm the exact arrival date of the vessel and the ideal pick up date. Please note that it may cause extra charges, such as storage, in case you have delayed to pick up your vehicle.

Q: What is FOB and CIF?

A: FOB price means all costs up to a port, such as cost of vehicle, cost of ground transportation, cost of paperwork for clearing customs and shipping arrangement, so forth.

Q: What do I have to prepare for shipment?

A: Kings Auto Co., Ltd. will arrange the shipping on this side on your behalf. Once you received a notice for booking, please keep the arrival date so you can pick up the vehicle.

Q: How do I have shipping information of my vehicle?

A: As soon as your vehicle has been booked for shipment, we will inform you of shipping details via fax or email with estimated time of departure and estimated time of arrival.

Q: When will I receive my shipping documents?

A: Once the vessel vehiclerying your vehicle is departed from a port, all necessary documents will be sent to the address mentioned on your order form or address you request. Please make sure to inform us postal address and contact information prior to shipment.

Q: What kind of documents will I receive and need to pick up my vehicle?

A: We will send you following documents by courier when the vessel has departed.

1. Bill of Lading (B/L)
2. Export Certificate
3. Invoice
4. Other required documents in your local custom

Q: Do I need to contact a clearing agent?

A: Please consult with your local clearing agent as soon as you found a vehicle from our website. They will quote you extra cost after landing at the port, and also give you all the instructions to clear customs and register in your country. You can also ask us to find clearing agents near you.

Q: How do I receive a vehicle at the port?

A: Upon receiving all documents by air courier, you are able to start necessary clearing works at the port. Please ask us how to contact clearing agents at your port.
